Italian Acetate

Our "Tortoise" styles are handmade from Italian Acetate, made and imported from Italy. Our Italian Acetate is high quality and non-petroleum based. Cellulose acetate is a natural and renewable material, providing an eco-friendly alternative to petroleum based materials like resin. The name "Tortoise" in our earrings is only to describe the materials pattern. We do not use actual tortoise shells or other animal parts to produce our jewelry.

All earring posts are made from Stainless Steel and are Hypoallergenic. 

Recycled Brass

All plated jewelry and accessories has a base of recycled and repurposed brass with ethically sourced 14k gold and sterling silver. 

Upcycled Pearls

All pearls come from dead-stock pieces that we reassemble to fit new designs.
